Creating a

Figmentation® Experience

The Referral

Every experience begins with a referral. We consider referrals submitted by parents and guardians. Just fill out the application on our site.

The Play Date

Once a child has been accepted to receive a Figmentation®, we send you a short questionnaire to help us get to know the child. Then we’ll schedule a play date interview with the child and a member of our team where we unlock the child’s imagination and discover their inner hero. At the end of the interview we sit with the child and design their costume.

Writing the Screenplay

Once we discover, from the child’s imagination, their tale, we craft a story with the child as the hero they see in themselves. The story is then written into screenplay format for the film production team.

The Movie Production

The costume is constructed, the props and sets built and all the red tape is cut to make room for the child’s story. Our film production crew then brings the child’s story to life by filming the child playing in their amazing costume on location, in studio, and with other volunteers as needed to tell their story.

The Red Carpet Debut

When the movie is ready for release, we host a Red Carpet Event for the child and their family of supporters where the child is gifted their costume, props, movie and memorabilia so they can revisit their Figmentation® whenever they need a bit of courage throughout their lives.
